A friend introduced me to this website: www.joshuaproject.net, which is “a research initiative seeking to highlight the ethnic people groups of the world with the least followers of Christ”.  I decided to take a look at the places that we will be traveling to on the January 2011 World Race.  Here is what I found about our countries:

So much of God’s work is being done around the world, but look at how many people groups haven’t even heard the Good News yet!  It is incredible that I get to be a part of this. That my team gets the opportunity to go out and tell the good news to people who have never heard it before!  93.4% of Nepal and 87.7% of India have NEVER heard the Gospel.  That is crazy to me!  But that is where we come in, because we know that there will be people from every nation and every tribe in the Kingdom of heaven!

After this I looked and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb.  They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands.” –Revelation 7:9
