Anyone who knows me knows that I adore countdowns, it is actually kind of ridiculous. When I was a kid I made the cool paper chain countdowns all the time. Now I prefer lists. This morning, I made a countdown of the upcoming exciting events in my life.
Last day of work: 39 days (including days off)
Move out of The Manor: 41 days
Vacation to Illinois to see family: 42 days
Training Camp: 53 days
Launch: 110 days approximately
WHAT THE WHAT.
TRAINING CAMP IS LESS THAN SEVEN WEEKS AWAY.
LAUNCH IS LESS THAN FOUR MONTHS AWAY.
That is less than four months to knock out my very long to-do list.
That is less than four months to make sure I have all the gear I will need.
That is less than four months to get vaccinations.
That is less than four months to say “see you later” to so many amazing friends and my family.
That is less than four months to enjoy all the hiking I can possibly do in NW Washington.
That is less than four months to hang out with my favorite nanny kiddos.
That is less than four months to ideally be fully funded before leaving.
With that in mind, here are FOUR ways you can help me reach my goal to be fully funded!
ONE: PARACORD PRAYER BRACELETS!
Each color represents a country I will be in!
The idea is that you will wear the bracelet when I am in the country it represents, it is a great reminder to pray for me, for my team, for what I am doing, and for where I am at.
The bracelets are $3 per bracelet OR $25 for all bracelets (a discount from $33).
You can choose your bracelets by color or by country.
If you choose by country, I will send you the corresponding bracelet.

TWO: BUY A DAY!
I will be gone roughly from September 4th until July 28th.
That is roughly 301 days.
If you would like to know exactly what one of those days details, this fundraiser is just for you. When you purchase a day, you will receive an email or if possible a facetime/skype call to tell you exactly what happened during the day you selected. Photos included!
Pick any day you like: your favorite holiday, your birthday, a random day, whichever day you like!
Each day will be available for $20.

THREE: AUGUST YARD SALE!
I will be hosting a yard sale the weekend of August 1-2 in Bellingham.
Between now and then, I will take any donations you have as you spring clean your home. I have somewhere to store items until the sale.
FOUR: PICK A NUMBER!
This option will specifically be to raise funds for PERSONAL MONEY.
If you choose this option, please mail me a check (email me – [email protected] – for my address).
This money will provide funds for vaccinations, still needed gear, my flight to launch, money to spend each month on necessities as well as excursions, and to continue to sponsor my 6-year-old kiddo through Compassion.
