So last week I attended Training Camp in Gainesville, GA with about 300 other World Racers that are launching with me in January. I arrived dressed head to toe in blue to support N Squad(Route 2). We got registered and then set up our Squad campsite. A lot of people were freaking out about people from our Squad being forced to transfer squads… I wasn’t really worried, because if you’re meant to move to a different Squad God will put you on it one way or another. My squad had to sit and listen to a Squad Mentor talk to us about change and why they needed some of us to transfer. She told us that they would let us pray about it during the session and then we would reconvene after to see who would be transferring. The whole time Hope was talking I was thinking, “Nope. She’s not talking to me. I’m not worried, because I’m suppose to be on N Squad. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. I’m not switching.” I wrestled with most of the session.
Then the time came… Time to see who would be switching. They told us that they understood it was difficult, but that we would have 4 minutes to volunteer and before they started to draw names out of a bowl. I fought this feeling that I needed to get up. That I needed to volunteer and switch to O Squad. One person got up… then another… and another… and for whatever reason when one of the girls got up I was like, “That’s my sign. I get it.” So I volunteered, but I also asked God that one of the girls be on my squad switch or no switch, and she hadn’t moved. They began to draw names and her’s was the first drawn! I was in shock a little bit… “Ok God, I get it. You want me on O Squad and you hear my requests. Thank you for giving me confirmation that I am in the right place.”
And that was just the First night!
So I am now on O Squad (Route 3) with some incredible people! and I am only going to 2 out of the 11 countries I thought I was going to when I applied.
My new countries are:

- Malaysia

- Swaziland
- Botswana
- South Africa
Also, I Launch January 6th!! Eek!! Less than 2 and a 1/2 months.
