Today was the first day of the beginning of my life away from my home and my family. Today was the first day of the beginning of my life with my new home and my new family. I absolutely adore it.
If you told me that I’d be on The World Race a year ago, I would’ve laughed at you and walked away.
It’s crazy how our Father beautifully and supernaturally transforms our hearts to prepare us to live out His will. I feel completely at peace and completely prepared. I am so ready to take on the rest of this trip for His glory.
For the first month of the race my team and I will be partnering with YWAM here in Costa Rica. We will spend our first 3 days in San Jose, then we will head to Puerto Viejo for about 4 weeks. Today we laid down the foundation for a home with the organization “Homes for Hope.” Afterwards I took some photos of cute ‘lil kids, then my team and I simply got to know some of the locals and ate lunch with them.
