For the final month on the Race, we are in the beautiful mountains of the Dominican Republic with the ministry, “Hope for the DR”. Hope stands for Helping Others Pursue Eternity. They have their hands in church planting, community development, and education. They ask the community what their need is and build their support around the specific requests. We are coming along side and helping with ground matience on their 10 acres. They dream of this place being a retreat location for people in ministry. Life is simple here. Electricity comes on randomly for a few hours a day and we bathe in the waterfall.
Only 11 days until I will be back home to Aurora. Wow the time has flown by fast. I would love prayers for a strong finish and the transition back home.
Thanks! Love you all!
Kimmy
