I’ll try to keep it brief…
I was adopted when I was 5 months old from South Korea, I was raised by two wonderful parents in Vacaville, CA. I was raised in a Presbyterian church, participating in every activity possible- church camp, mission trips, VBS, etc. I attended public school k-12, so when the time came to apply for college I wanted to go to a private university where I could deepen my relationship with the Lord. The Lord lead me to Vanguard University of Southern California where I received my Bachelors in Business Marketing. Vanguard was definitely a deepeing excperience, I learned more of who I am as a woman of God and my relationship with Him grew incredibly. I studied abroad and went on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic while I was there.
I graduated from Vanguard May 2008. I moved into a beach house in Newport Beach with 5 other girls! That has been such a learning experience, but so much fun. I began working as the Production Assistant at the place I was interning at, Roadtrip Nation.
We send individuals on roadtrips across the country to interview people who inspire them. The purpose of the trip is to shed the noie of society and their family and for the roadtripper to find their own passions and hopefully figure out what they truly want to do with their lives. We film it, produce it (in house) and broadcast it on PBS. I absolutely love my job, if you have a chance, you should check it out at www.roadtripnation.com.
Other than that, I’ve just been enjoying work, hanging out with my friends, riding my bike around the peninsula, reading, shooting [photos], and learning how to knit. Some random facts about me:
I’m an only child.
My favorite color is yellow.
i LOVE giraffes.
If I could only eat one thing for the rest of my life it would be popcorn.
I have the travel bug.
