WOW…just listing all the places I’ve been this last year makes me tired!!! In most of those places I traveled to many locations and slept in many different beds! Packing and unpacking and repacking have become a profession for me! I love where God has taken me. I wouldn’t trade this last year for anything. I have learned so much and grown, knowing more and more who I am in Christ!
The year started with an unknowing and uncertainty of what the year would hold. I waited and patiently sought after what God had in store for me while still moving forward. I called AIM thinking I would go to Haiti for a month or two in the summer and then possibly squad lead in the fall. But things started moving really fast when Ashley asked me about leading a squad in the summer.
The route that God took me on to get me to lead the P squad is kind of comical. Through leading them God helped me walk in the authority that he has given me. He helped me have the wisdom I needed to empower my amazing P squadders. To now watch how they are growing and learning blesses me more than you know!
Since coming home from leading them it has been such a whirlwind. With the holidays and traveling to see friends, I don’t know where November and December have gone! And now it is January 2011!
Thank you to all of you who challenged me and encouraged me this last year. Thank you to all who supported me and helped to make all of this happen. It’s because of you that this Kingdom work will continue!
