You hear it said all the time that every cent counts. Well, I’m here to tell you that it’s true! I was going through my room the other day and I came across a couple jars full of change. It didn’t look like very much, but I decided that now is the time to cash it all in. After taking the time to separate and count it all, those two little jars came up with $200+!
This shocked me! But then I learned that many people have boxes, jars or containers full of change that gets put to the side for a rainy day that never comes! Many people don’t want to roll it or just never get around to taking it to the change machine at the local grocery store. So it sits collecting dust.
The $200 that I collected is going toward the $3,000 I need in my account in the next three weeks. If you have any change that is lying around the house that you could contribute to support me I would be happy to put it to good use!
