God isn’t kidding when He tells us that His Word is final, counsels us, instructs us, and guides us.
In Luke 18, there is a story of a widow who constantly went to a judge. We never know who her adversaries are, but what we do know is that she constantly goes to a judge in the town and says, “Get justice for me from my adversaries.”
Verse 4 says: “And he would not for a while; but afterward he said within himself, ‘Though I do not fear God nor regard man, yet because this widow troubles me I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me.”
Then the chapter continues on, telling the reader that God will do more than the judge, for he will avenge His children speedily.
After reading this chapter, I began to fight like this widow. I told God,
“You know that this Race costs $16,254.00”
“You know I want to be fully funded.”
“You know that I want my faith to be built up.”
“You want to show me that you are my Provider, my Benefactor.”
“So God, show me your glory. ”
So here I am. I have less than 2 weeks left of the Race, and I’ve come to a point where I feel like the widow.
I have been telling God I want to see His glory. I want to see His glory in all ways all the time, but a big one is to see God fully fund me by the time I’m on U.S. soil ( on November 26th)
I am a mere $170.00 away from being fully funded.
I want to see God’s glory, and I’m inviting you to help me see it.
Please, dear reader, take some time to pray and ask the Lord if you should support me financially. Whatever God tells you to do or how to act, I pray that He shows you more of His glory.
A message to my supporters, thank you so much for all of your support. Words can’t describe my gratitude for your obedience in order to help get me to the nations to share the love of Jesus.
May you be abundantly blessed today.
Love,
-Kim
