So it’s the middle of March. It’s been almost 90 days since the beginning of 2014 ( WOW!) My question question for you is this: If you made a New Year’s Resolution, have you been keeping it? How has it been going?
I used to make New Year’s Resolutions, but for 2014, I started something new. I started New Year’s Declarations. Declarations are awesome because they Do last the whole year, and from year to year! Declarations pertaining to Christ are eternal because He is!
The following declarations are what I declare over my life, and over the World Racers’ lives, and particularly my squad, the A Squad’s lives:
2014 New Year’s Declarations
Jesus, I love you. I declare in your mighty name according to the Power of the Holy Spirit, that:
This year is a year of learning how to walk in the Lord’s freedom.
This year is a year of receiving the Lord’s blessings.
This year is a year of JOY & FUN.
This year is a year of learning how to live in a community 24/7, like a deep, deep community.
This year is a year focusing on receiving Jesus’ Love and loving Him.
This year is a year full of building people up and helping them learn about their strengths and how and where they shine ( and shine the brightest!)
This year is a year of poetry,
creativity,
worship,
excitement,
ignition,
initiation,
dependency,
trust,
laughter,
dance parties,
hugs,
prayers,
losses
and gains.
This year is a year of learning how to let people in, sharing our pasts, realizing and rejoicing that we are new, and running with that.
This year is a year full of discovering our identities in Christ.
This is a year of intimacy.
This is a year of getting filled up and pouring on out.
This year is a year filled with confirmation.
This year is a year filled with direction for our futures, more and more clues will be given.
This year is a year filled, completely chock – full, completely full, of God’s Precious, Awesome, Incredible Love.
