Hi Friends, Family and Strangers,
I just wanted to post an encouraging note to anyone out there who just feels…..done. You might feel wiped out, a lack of energy, totally defeated, ready to throw in the towel.
Well friends, I encourage you to press in and press on.
Recently, over and over and over again, I’ve been learning that in the times where I’ve had nothing else to press into but Dad, He gets SO excited because that’s when He can really move in us!
It’s so important to realize and absorb that when we press into Him, He gives us the strength to press on.
Meditate on what Paul says in Phil 3:12-14
Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold that of which C J took hold of me. Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining on toward what is ahead. I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which Gd has called me heavenward in CJ.
I know what it’s like when you want to give up, trust me. My yarp for you today is that you go THROUGH the point of giving up to just press in and press on.
