Team Tenacious!

“Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called and about which you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.”

      As most of you probably know by now, at the end of month 4 we had team changes. This happens on the World Race every so often, and gives us a chance to work with different people, as well as opportunities for growth. One of the reasons we had team changes was because as a squad, we needed to raise up two squad leaders as one will be returning home at the end of month 5. My former team leader See Eun was one of the two chosen to fill the role, as well as a guy from one of the other teams. So, necessarily we needed new team leaders as well. So now we have 6 new teams within Z squad and two new squad leaders! We had no idea how the team changes would go and how they would re-arrange the teams. Honestly I was a little nervous about this at first as I had grown so close to my teammates on Team Fierce. However I knew that the Lord had placed us together for a reason and that He would also do the same with whatever new team I was placed on. Of course the Lord was faithful, and I now get to be on a team with my 3 former teammates and two other girls! Cicely, my former teammate was made a team leader, and then Jenna and Lori and I are on her team as well as our friends Caroline and Alyssa. We decided on the name Tenacious because we want to be strong and bold in taking up our faith and remembering the purpose of this trip. We want to ‘fight the good fight,’ and ‘take hold’ of our calling.
