After a 2 hour train ride we finally made it to Draganesti!
This month we are working with a local
church helping them with their ministries in the community. Our team is living
and doing ministry with another team this month and so far it is great! The 14
of us live and work together. Every day is different and we never know what to
expect; what we do expect is for God to move. Here is what a day might
look like in
Romania:

7:15am – Wake up

7:30am – “Kimba kicks your butt” with Rikki
and Ginny

Trainees: Ginny & Rikki                    Best look EVER!                      Trainer: Me!

8:30am – Get ready

9:15am – Eat breakfast and have quiet time

9:45am – Leave for ministry

Raking and doing yard work at a mission house for the church. The back yard looks like Narnia!

10:00am – Ministry – This could be a
children’s program, a construction project, administrative work in the church
office, etc.

12:00pm – Lunch

1:00pm – Go back to the same ministry or a
new ministry
L to R: Ginny teaching English at the after school program, Kelly – prayer warrior, Kyle – Worship leader (Prayer and worship are a big part of our ministry this month.)

4:00pm – Finish ministry

6:00pm – Some days we have in home Bible
studies to go to

6:30pm – Dinner

8:30pm – Team time and feedback

11:00pm – I’m usually going to bed about
this time

Since the schedule changes every day, the
free time during the day changes. During that time we hang out and get to know
members of the other team, read, clean, cook, pray, etc.

Please be praying for our teams unity,
strength, and health this month. Team I-61 (Evan Kinney, Ginny Allison, Rikki
Lynn Vick, Cory and Jessie German, Jenna Kehril, and Melissa Lowell) and my
team, Healing Hurricane, would appreciate your prayers! This city has a lot of
spiritual darkness and we are honored to bring the light of Jesus but are not
ignorant of the challenges that face us in this place. Thank you for your
prayers! Refered

Many Blessings,

Kim
