Hi friends! My name is Kiana Ryan and I am 20 years old. I was homeschooled my freshman and sophomore year in highschool and then went straight to community college for my junior and senior year. I was able to graduate from high school with my AA degree and my high school diploma. I am a senior this year at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. I was born in Honolulu but I grew up in Vancouver, Washington. I am super close to my family and my 18 year old brother is one of my best friends.
For the past 10 years I have been involved in Christian Youth Theater and my friends there have become my second family. I have been privileged in working for them for the past 6 years through choreographing mainstage shows as well as teaching dance and working at their summer camp program. My favorite thing is helping kids embrace the talents that the Lord has blessed them with. This summer working with 6 and 7 year olds changed my life. I will remember them forever.
My favorite animal is a red eyed tree frog. I love zebra print, lace, and sparkles. Pickles are delicious.
I applied for the World Race a few weeks ago. From that leap of faith till today it has not ceased to be a roller coaster. I am super excited to see how this adventure is going to bless others and touch the lives of people I meet. I am even more excited to see how the Lord is going to work in my heart. I'm ready for a miracle as I trust in Him to provide for me financially.
