(I fell in the hole on the left)
It was a normal any given morning. Like the song goes, “everything was going my way.� I walked into the outhouse and after well you know finishing my business, I stepped down from the cinder blocks to pull up my shorts. All of the sudden THE GROUND WENT UNDER MY FEET!!! My left leg went down the HOLE and I lost my favorite cute brown flip-flop as it endlessly drifted away into a sea of crap. I pulled myself quickly out of the hole, so I would not fall completely through and got myself out of there!
As I went inside, my heart was beating fast. Amanda was sitting on the floor reading and all that came out of my mouth was, “ I just lost my flip-flop!� Only after that exclamation, I began to explain what happened. Soon everyone on my team heard the news that I fell through the floor of the outhouse.
Moral of the story:
SOMETIMES THERE ARE CRAPPY SITUATIONS IN LIFE BUT THE BEST REMEDY IS TO PUT A SMILE ON YOUR FACE AND LAUGH BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE ALRIGHT
