The moment I stepped into the country of Uganda, these are the words I heard, “welcome, welcome, welcome.”

You are Welcome to my house
You are Welcome to the car
You are Welcome to wash your hands
You are Welcome to eat more food
You are Welcome to come into your room
You are Welcome to sit down
You are Welcome to say a prayer
You are Welcome to speak

You are welcome, welcome, welcome

This is Uganda and it’s people. They are generous people with a heart of gold. They want to please their visitors and their hospitality is outstanding.

Our ministry this month is in the village of Ngora. We are helping the Anglican church this month and working with Rev. Charles, Rev. Moses, Rev. Samuel, and Rev.Richard. We are doing a various ministries like prison work, hospital visitations, visiting schools, door-to-door evangelism, preaching at fellowships which is like a small group, and preaching on Sunday’s. Our team everyday for the most part needs to have a song ready to share and a message.

I have to say Uganda really feels like home to me. It’s so green and beautiful here. Right outside of our house in which we are staying in, there is this huge tree. I have already climbed it a few times and I know it will be my sanctuary the next few weeks. For my last month is Africa, I am really glad it’s Uganda.

You are welcome, welcome, welcome to read upcoming blogs about this nation.
