I was what you call a strange child while growing up. I had the biggest  obsession with frogs, toads and other creepy crawly things. I would go to the pond in the summer time with my rubber boots on and my white bucket and collect my frogs for the day, then of course let them go again after I examined them carefully. And with toads I would kiss them not because I hoped they would eventually turn into my prince charming although that would be nice but it was for the fact I thought they were the cutest things I ever saw in my life.

So it wouldn’t surprise you that while living here in Mossman in the local church that we live with spiders, mice and lizards. Welcome to my life! I honestly think God has prepared me for this moment right now. Thank you Lord for my preparation to give me a love for outcast of animals and not being afraid of them. So, just like how these animals are the outcast of the animal kingdom this is the case for the community I am living in here in the Gorge in Mossman. They have been rejected by their own community and people but they are not rejected by you. Father, you have welcome them into your Kingdom of life.
