Thing is there’s FOUR DAYS left to raise 2300 so I can stay on the race. That’s it.

I hate asking for money and I don’t do a good job at receiving it BUT i can give you reasons why it’s worth your money:
Next month my team will be in Thailand and we’ll be working in the Red Light District with women involved in sex trafficking. If you really knew me you’d know this is my heart. This is why I’m on the race.
Outside of my itty bitty heart there are 8 others that still need funds to stay on the race. These 8 are some of the most incredible people I’ve met in my life and i CANNOT imagine any of us not being a part of our race. On my team there’s Phil Cron, Natalie Dache, Charlotte Anderson, and Evan Wright. I don’t want to do the race without them and we all want to finish what we’ve started and the Lord has called us to this.
This month we’re working with kids that just hang out on the streets and get into bad situations if they don’t find something better to do with their time. The ministry we’re working with is Living Hope and we’re playing with the kids, feeding them lunch, laughing like crazy, and doing short devotionals with them. We’re mostly supporting the ministry and men and women that have devoted their lives to these kids. It’s going to be a beautiful month getting to know the kids and I already have a weak spot for a few of them. Over a hundred kids come from a small area called Masiphumelele. The room is full of energetic precious kids and no matter how exhausting it is to spend hours with them-it’s worth it.
Honestly-if I were to speak from the heart as to why I should stay on the race it’s because I can’t imagine the next 4 months of my life any other way. The Lord brought me this far and He wants to take me the rest of the way. I have such a desire to sit with women in Thailand and just hang out. I want to stay up all night if I have to in order to get them to consider leaving the bar. I’ve learned a lot the past 6ish months and I know the Lord has plenty more to show me through my squad and through ministries and people we minister to. I am just a tiny story but the Lord found a reason to bring me here and I think there’s plenty more for me to find out.
Love.
