Six months have come and gone since I started this crazy journey. It seems like yesterday that I was boarding a plane in Washington D.C. and heading towards the unknown that was month one on the World Race. Now I find myself on the verge of heading to the middle of Africa and passing the halfway point.
Six months…
Six months of countless stories. Six months of countless faces I'll always remember. Six months of countless lessons learned from the living God.
Six months of having every single thing centered around the Father's love.
It blows me away to think of how a single day with someone you really love can change everything. How there's no such thing as random acts in our lives…we are all connected…you can no more separate one life from another than you can separate a breeze from the wind. And that's how it should be. Connected. A community. One body pursuing to be like the One Father.
As you look at the pictures below, I encourage you to open your heart and look closely. I encourage you to ask Jesus to see how your life is connected to the beautiful people I've met from all over the world. Sometimes heaven can be found in the most unlikely of corners…for me, these are those corners.

As I've said so many times before, my words can't capture it. They can't capture the beauty I've seen in these six months, but as a friend told me recently…beauty is in all I see and all I absorb. So everything I remember…everything my memory allows me to soak in…it's the essence of beauty. The pictures above show that. In my eyes, each picture represents the living God that I worship and praise. I know there is more heavenly things that God has called me to see in the months that are coming.
