Once upon a time there was a girl named Kendall…. haha just kidding! Hello everyone!!!! My name is Kendall! Im 25 years old and from Tennessee. I am a daughter of the Most High! Yup that's right! God is number ONE in my life and I am sooooo excited to be on this journey with Him
My testimony of His Grace….
August 15th, 2009 is where my story begins… A few weeks prior I became depressed and I was having thoughts of suicide. I was living a lifestyle of sin. Slowly the things I once loved didn't give me joy anymore. I started feeling guilty about my lifestyle. I knew what a Christian looked like and I wasnt it. I was almost positive hell was where I was going. My grandmother passed away August 6th 2009. At the funeral all I could think about was how I would never see her again. She was a strong woman of God and heaven was her home not mine. Thats when I began to think of what it would be like to be a Christian. But in my mind the devil was saying "what about the partying you love? What about your boyfriend? What about all of your friends? They know who you really are."
I didnt think it was possible to turn my life around and give up my fleshly desires. I felt like there was nothing meaningful to my life. I thought taking my life would be the easy way out. The suicidal thoughts became stronger than ever at 4am on August the 15th. I was in the bed crying because of these thoughts that were consuming me. Thats when I gave up! I was sobbing! I cried out to God. I told Him I couldn't handle this anymore. I told Him I needed His help and that I would give up everything for Him! Thats when I got a vision of my sister and I knelt down talking to a child. My tears disappeared immediately and my life has been forever changed. Everyday with Him has been a beautiful adventure! He loves us so much! Even when we don't show Him we love Him He loves us! Jesus is my hero. I pray that through this journey of the World Race He teaches me how to love unconditionally and uses me to share His love with others who are broken as I once was.

- My favorite thing to do in the winter is take my bible, books, and journal to starbucks and spend hours there.
