A lot has happened since we have taken Victor to the emergency room! He is doing really well and hasn’t vomitted since then. His mother Victoria says he has been eating more and he just seems more lively. Praise God that we could provide for him.

We also have been working these past few days with improving their home. It was covered with plastic tarps, but they were old and torn and needed to be replaced. They also had old planks of wood to support them and they were far less than adequate. To make things better, we took the father Mateo to the Lumber yard where you get bamboo and got new bamboo to replace all of these old planks of wood.

After working all day yesterday on the house, we were able to enlarge it, dig new holes for the supporting corner posts of the house and place plastic over everything. The house is a lot bigger and more suitable for a family to live in and it has been awesome to be able to help this family.

This is all of us after we finished working on it. Pictured on our team are Matt Snyder, Robby Riggs, Jen Fodor, and me.

Above is Johann and below is Hyro. They are the brothers in the family and they are so fun to be around!

Matthew 5:16 In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.
