He is the same, all over the planet, to every being.. to every heart… He is the same. Loving unconditionally, giving generously, protector to all who seek His shield. Father to all, savior, redeemer, restorer, bread of life… true life. He loves all of us, there is no color difference, no language or culture difference, no special gifts or honors to a certain people group… nope our God, THE God is unchanging for all mankind. He is worshipped all over the world, in multi-million dollar sanctuaries, in grass fields, in thatch huts, in the back of a pickup truck, in a car, on back-country roads, He just simply longs to meet with us wherever WE allow Him. He desires to meet with us even more than we want to encounter Him. He longs for moments when we can surrender to everything else and just give Him praise. Praise for life, for saving us, for hearing every words we have cried and every word we ever wil cry… praise Him for love; a love that was beaten, spit on, rejected, and hung on a tree. The story is real, He is alive, it didn’t end on that cross, no He is ALIVE…. in me, in you… or waiting for you to hear His voice and come running home. He shows up, he moves, he speaks, he answers the cries of the crippled, he gives those who love Him the desires of their hearts! Our Father, the one who loves those who snack on crickets, encounters and transforms lives here in Cambodia just as he is moving in the life of the one who dances beneath the stars on a dirt road in the heart of Texas. He is the same. Same love. Same voice. Same beauty.Same comfort. Same price paid. Freedom is for us. All of us, praise God there is no place I will ever be where I cannot hear from him or feel Him near me.
It’s been the most wonderful thing to worship God in multuple nations, the Same God. To cry out to Him with the people of La Cama, Guatamala.. to see the Spirit move with the people in Costa Rica, to see God saving lives in Thailand, to see God answer prayers here in Cambodia. The love is huge, and it’s beyond measure. Just for me, and you.
I hope this word encouraged you as it has me. I cannot describe in words the way God is transforming me and our team. Revealing himself and his Kingdom… so that we can bring it and reflect it here… everywhere. Change starts now.
