There were many times that Jessica thought her life was over.
When she was 8 years old her father left, and she felt heartbreak for the first time.
Then at 26 years old her husband left her after three years of marriage.
“I thought about my Dad leaving and my then husband leaving, and the common denominator was me”
Feeling unwanted, unloved, and not good enough she battled with depression and attempted to numb the pain with alcohol.
Finally, after years of trying to find satisfaction from the world Jessica is walking in freedom and proud to share her story in hopes that it will help others.
A message from Jessica – “A friend recommended that I ask God for a word for my 30th year of life. The word that keeps coming to me is OWNERSHIP.
Owning my life.
Owning my relationship with Him.
Owning my story.
My story matters.
It’s mine to share.
It’s made me who I am today. And I am proud.
It may have taken me 30 years, but this is my story.”
