Hey Everyone!
So I apologize for the lack of blogs over the past week. We have been coming to this chicken restaurant to use the internet- it’s sort of like the Guatemalan Chick-fil-a. Unfortunately, the internet has been down for about the past 5 days- so we have had no way to get online! Luckily, it is back on now. We are all very excited. So, I am going to be posting a couple of blogs that I have written over the past week. So if they seem sort of random and out of order- now you know why! And now for a quick recap of what we have been doing…..
- We have continued to do some random construction work. We helped build a fence and a gutter for a family at the church we have been attending. We also helped paint the church, and we also did some construction at another church.

- We helped clean up the local orphanage. It still needs a lot of work. We are hoping to spend a lot of time there next week and do some sort of program for the kids.

- We took flowers to some prostitutes in the local redlight district. We had a chance to talk to and pray for several of them (blog to come)
- Yesterday, we went to a local garbage dump and brought sandwiches. It was a very difficult and eye-opening experience (another blog to come)
- Team NEON had a wonderful Day ‘O Fun at a local resort for our day off. We got to play on the waterslide and swim all day long. It was a wonderful blessing, and much needed, as the majority of our team has been sick over the past week. I think we are all on the upswing now, and are feeling more positive about the coming week.

Ok- so I know this blog has been short and not that informative, but more is coming soon. Just wanted to let everyone know why I have been quiet for the past few days. We all appreciate your payers so much. It seems like everyday we have some sort of “mini miracle” as we like to say, and it is so evident that God is taking care of us!
