How can the days seem so incredibly long, yet so short at the same time?  There were moments this past month that I didn’t know if I could make it through a single day, yet alone a whole month or year.  And yet, looking back, I can’t figure out where the time went.  As we finish up our debrief here in Hong Kong and get ready to go into a closed country for the month of November, I am praying for the Lord to break my heart for his people.  To give me a heart that beats with His, eyes that see what He sees and ears that hear as He does.  Please be praying for us as we go into such a spiritually oppressive country.  We’re leaving our computers here in Hong Kong and won’t have any outside contact for the next month.  But we will desperately need your prayers.  We need you to be warring with us.

Crying out for God’s children to know His voice.

Pleading for the Lord to go before us and behind us.

Claiming the Lord’s protection over us and the local believers.

Awaken the sleepers.  There is no time for slumber.

Urgency.

Does your heart break for people to Know the Living God?  Do you know the Lord in such a way that you can’t stand for others not to?  I’m not sure mine does either, but it is beginning to.  And I have a feeling that this is the month it will happen.

I’ll return to Hong Kong on November 27th and expect to have lots to catch you up on.  Prepare. 🙂

…..

I’ll leave you with a few pictures from the Philippines.

Our contact, Grace, has one of the most beautiful spirits I’ve ever seen and I LOVE this picture of her!
