Lately I have been really watching my squad and how they act with the contacts we have, and also with each other. And man am I blown away by what I have seen. In the teams that are here together I have seen so much love. God has really been working in my squad mates and it is so evident. I am so blessed to be with this group of people.
I have seen my squad mates show so much love for the people here in Romania. I have seen them show so much care for each other. When one person needs something everyone tries to help out. I have seen the way they don't look for their own personal gain, they want to see the people in Romania feel encouraged. I have only seen God here. How many times can I say that? I love to be around people who just ooze out the love of God. I couldn't ask to be around a better group of people. I can't believe how much time they have invested in the translators to make them feel like they are apart of our family.
My favorite part of being with these amazing people is seeing their growth. From when we first met at training camp till now, God has made strides in their lives. He is really bringing everyone into their spiritual gifts. It is so incredible to see. I can tell everyone is very intentional about growing in their faith, and in each others lives. We have gone from being just friends to a family. There are moments when people annoy each other, but that happens in every family. That is why I have so much respect for the family I have found here. They build each other up, and really invest in each other. If you looked at each individual person now you wouldn't recognize them from who they are from when they left. God has become their center. It is so amazing to see that. I love the work he is doing here in Romania and in the people I am with. I am so blessed to have been with these guys. God is so good!
