Hey! This blog is for those of you who are not on my mailing list when I sent out my support letters. This is an update that I just sent out this past week. So, if you received an update letter in the mail… this is the same exact thing so you really do not have to read past this paragraph 🙂 If you are not on my mailing list… here is my update letter…
Hello Everyone!
October is coming fast! I am getting so excited and anxious! I now have an official launch date. I will be flying out of Los Angeles, California on October 6th to head to Guatemala! My last day in Illinois will be October 4th. I’m looking forward to being back with my team and starting this amazing journey.
Financial Update: I have been incredibly blessed financially for this trip! The total amount I need for my World Race is $14,300. At this time, I have $10,174.25! This includes monthly pledges that have been promised. My goal is to be fully funded before I leave in October. Thank you to everyone who has chosen to support me financially. I am so grateful! Your money is going toward a great cause to help me show the love of Christ to the least of these around the world and to share my Savior with them. For anyone who is still wanting to financially support me, go to the support me link on the left side of this blog. And, if you would like to send a check, contact me and I will let you know how to go about doing that. A check is actually the best way to give because no service fees are taken out. I appreciate and am truely thankful for all support!
Prayer: The greatest way you can support me on this trip is to be praying for me! This is going to be an incredible journey, but it will also be very challenging. So, please pray for me, my team, and my squad throughout this next year. Pray that we will have unity, strength, safety, boldness, focus, compassion, and complete abandonment to God and His will for us every step of the way. As a reminder to pray for me, I have included a prayer card. Please place it somewhere where you will see it often and remember me in prayers. Also, praise God for the opportunity we have been given! God is going to do great things in us and through us in this coming year.
(Since you are reading this on my blog, obviously there is no prayer card. So, here it is…)
If you would like an actual picture, let me know and ill mail one to you. Also, note that the countries are wrong on the prayer card. I made these before our route change, so the first three countries listed should be… Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua. The rest are correct as of right now. They may change if we have another route change once on the field.

Open House: On Sunday, October 2, I will be having an open house at Buck Grove Community Church (2377 N County Road 650E, Mattoon, IL61938) for anyone who would like to see me one more time before I head out. Come anytime between 1-5 pm. I would love to see you all! So, please try and make it out. Call or email me if you need directions to the church.
(Please come to the open house if you live in my area! This is open for anyone to stop by, and I would love to see everyone before I head out! So, just because you did not receive this in letter form does not mean you are not invited to come by.)

I cannot even begin to tell you how excited I am for this opportunity! God has blessed me so much and provided for me in amazing ways. I would like to thank everyone who has helped me and supported me over the past few months through financial support, prayer, helping me with different fundraisers, and being encouraging. I have been incredibly blessed and cannot thank you all enough! You are a huge blessing! Words cannot describe how grateful I am! Without you, this trip would not be possible. I know God will move in great ways this coming year as B-Squad goes out to change the world! I love you all and am blessed to have you in my life!
