Here is what God has been teaching me so far during my time in Ecuador:
- The Holy Spirit goes before us wherever we go. All we have to do is be obedient to His calling, show up, and He does the rest. WE DO NOT HAVE TO DO A THING!
- Resting in God is vital. Resting does not always equal sleeping and vegging out.
- Trust in the process of where God has you in this moment.
- There is hope and beauty in brokenness.
- Raw community is messy, but what a beautiful mess it is.
- Allow others to serve you and don't worry about keeping score.
- Sharing your story immediately breaks down walls between people, even if the person hearing it cannot relate at all.
