We have been in Malaysia for two weeks now and it has been nothing short of crazy and exciting. So far this month we have been singers in a wedding, recorded music in a studio, given our testimonies at church, played dress up with Indian clothes, been out past 2am almost every night, had several dance parties, participated in a special Mother’s Day dance at church, eaten traditional Malay, Indian, and Chinese meals, led a worship seminar, been pulled over by the police, gone to Starbucks (yay!!), made a home visit, and led home church. This month is probably my favorite of the race. Our ministry is very relational and our contact, Thomas is awesome. We have about two weeks left here and then we will go to final debrief, before making our way back home!
Please pray for us to remain invested and excited about ministry! Pray for David, who is letting us live with him this month, he is 20 years old and has not yet put his faith in Christ. Pray for God’s love to pour throughout Malaysia, as it is a Muslim country. We are excited to finish strong and to continue pressing into the Lord and all that He has for us!..
