A few nights ago during our team time we had a discussion about how we want to challenge each other and encourage each other more. How we shouldn’t wait until we are all together to give feedback, to pray for each other, or to encourage each other. These are things that should be naturally flowing through our lives and into others (not waiting for a certain hour of the day to do them but doing them all of the time).
So this morning I wrote one of those things for our team name (Healing Hurricane) where you come up with a word or phrase for each letter. I can’t remember what you call it.. but here it is 🙂
H– Honored to be serving the Lord
E– Equipped with all that we need.
A– Alive to the things of Christ.
L– Learning to live in surrender
I– Illuminating the gospel
N–Noticing the unnoticed
H–Hearts full of praise
U–United as brothers and sisters
R–Ready to be challenged
R–Renewing our minds
I–Inspiring others to do the same
C–Called to make a difference
A–Acknowledging His power in us
N–Not backing down
E–Engaged in what the Lord is doing today
