Hi, I'm Kayla. I just wanted to share a little bit about me so you can get to know me better.
I grew up in a family of four, with one younger brother. Our family was active in the church throughout my childhood, giving my life a firm Christian foundation. My whole family has the same heart for missions as I do, and over the past few months I have the privilege of seeing my brother's growth through the ministry he is involved with currently. I have had the chance to experience private schooling, homeschooling, and public high school. I just graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Interdisciplinary studies, but am still piecing together how I will actually use all that I learned.
Some of the things I enjoy doing are: reading, baking, creating jewelry, playing games, and drinking coffee. The only genre I will not touch in either book or film is horror. Otherwise, if the trailer is interesting or the description of the book catches my attention, I will at least give it a try. My favorite childhood memories almost all stem back to camping trips we took as a family and the situations we often found ourselves in. I would like to think I am adventurous when it comes to food I am willing to try, but am sure that this race will put that to the test. :0)
