So the truth is, if I had a beard, I would shave it. Why you may be asking yourself? Well let me explain.
One of my squadmates Mark had this really long and dirty looking beard. Our whole squad kept telling him to shave it off. But he wouldn't, because he had been growing it for three years and it was a symbol for him of the transformation that God had done in his life. So Mark had a beard.

But earlier this month we heard that Mark had shaved it off. In order to help another one of our squadmates out who still needed world race funding. He had people pledge money to her account and he would shave off his beard if the goal was met. So the money was raised and his beard is now gone.

That brings me to the point of this blog. If I had a beard I would shave it as a fundraiser for my dear friend, and teammates Aisha Davis who still needs about $2382 in order to be fully funded for the race this year. I am asking if you are able to give at all, please help her out. Donate here: https://www.adventures.org/give/donate.asp?giveto=worldrace&desc=For%20Aisha%20Davis

I do not want to see her going home with this kind of debt to pay back. She should walk back onto Canadian soil with only the memories of this year and the amazing things God did, not a stack of bills. So please help her out if you can!
Thank you and I can't wait to see you all so soon!
