336 days of…
Traveling to 11 countries via 13 airplanes, 5 trains, 9 buses, 1 ferry, and a multitude of tuk tuks, jeeps, motorcycles, and taxis.
Trying to learn at least a few words from the 10 different languages.
Living out of 1 backpack.
Sleeping on floors. Sharing rooms/beds/single bathrooms with up to 18 other people.
Experiencing bad hair days.
Sweating through clothes.
Eating mainly rice, pasta, potatoes, and bread.
Stepping out in faith.
Unforgettable memories.
Meeting extraordinary people.
Having my life changed.
Seems crazy that this adventure that has become somewhat of a normal lifestyle has come to an end. In just a matter of hours I will board a plane that will take me home to US soil. I look forward to sharing what this final month of The World Race has been like and how it feels to be going home. This past month has been busy with various ministry and spending quality time with my WR family, so I'll be posting blogs a little bit late!
Thank you all who have supported me throughout this journey!
