About me!?

That’s seriously a toughie but ill give it a shot…

I was born and raised in Centreville, Maryland. The same small town my dad and his dad and his dad grew up in. I am currently living in a little beach house in Neptune Beach, Florida – one of my favorite places in the world. My favorite memories as a child were when my Dad would take me out to the farm or to Hillside for breakfast with “his boys”. I guess I’m a pretty simple girl. My mom is amazing. She will always put other people first. An out of the way kind of first. She spends more time with others then herself even when she knows she isn’t getting anything in return. The peace she receives from being there for everyone is enough. Oh… and she’s beautiful. I have one brother, Robbie, who I know I drove crazy growing up…I’m still growing up by the way sooooo I’m probably still driving him crazy. I don’t think he knows it but he is the one person I have and will always look up to. He was the first to travel and I couldn’t wait to follow in his footsteps. He loves people and he works harder then anyone I know. He gives and gives to everyone around him and everyone he meets loves him!!! There aren’t many men like my brother. Unlike many people his age… his job doesn’t define him. I wish I could be more like him. I also wish I told him that more. I now have a SISTER INLAW!!! She is a beautiful woman who has such a beautiful heart, a contagious smile and a competitive spirit that we absolutely love. I cant believe I get to call her my sister! I couldn’t have picked a better one myself. They are going to do such great things! World changers just by the way they love each other and their families.

Quirks

I think I’m socially awkward…but I actually LOVE talking to strangers. Weird?? I am pretty active… and cant stand staying inside. I am happy. I have to stay busy or you’ll find me in a slump. I’m a planner but if it is an adventurous whim I am in! I am very much so in love with life. I love the ocean, the sun and the mountains. I’m deathly afraid of slowly become complaisant or settling. I cry when I am happy, sad or proud of someone…I just cry a lot haha I cherish the time I have with my mom and dad. They mean the world to me. I have two favorite places in the whole entire world because I can’t decide Lake Wah Wash Kesh in Canada where I have vacationed since I was a little girl and Cape Town, SA… lets see if the WR will change that! I hope I am someone others can open up to and I hope each and every day I learn to love more like Jesus!
