Let's all take a moment to celebrate! My first fundraising goal was met! Your fearless hearts are reflected in your financial support. My first goal of $3500 was monday, October 1st. Today, my account sits at approximately $4,400! That's 28% in about one month of fundraising!
See, the folks at the World Race like to call these deadlines. I like to call them goals. Here are the rest of my upcoming fundraising goals. Will you please consider how you can put your stamp on this process? You can help me meet this challenge!
December 18, 2012: $6,500
April 1, 2013: $11,000
July 1, 2013: $15,500 (fully funded!)
As you can see, I don't need to be fully funded until six months into the trip. Here's where the Lord can really use you! My personal goal is to be fully funded by December 25, 2012! Once I launch on January 1, 2013 fundraising will become that much more challenging. Without constant access to reliable phone and internet and the inability to have true face to face conversations fundraising becomes a whole different ball game. Once I leave I would like to be 100% focused on the work at hand and be free of worrying that I might be sent home due to lack of funds. Please, join my support team!
