Teams with all women and teams with men on them have their differences. Granted I am not the person with the most insight into the differences between the all women teams and the co-ed teams, but I will share what I learned.

All Women:
1.     Talk about bodily functions a lot
2.     Depth into women issues
3.     Openness in all areas of living quarters
4.     Closeness with other women on your team
5.     Special connection to women in ministry
6.     Protected in the least expected ways
7.     Can live and minister in an all girls dorm
8.     Have hair, nail, and makeup ministry nights
9.     Share clothes and beds
10.  Live and sleep in the meeting place
11.  Everyone dresses up
12. Gain sisters!

With Men:
1.     Hear and smell bodily functions a lot
2.     Depth into men and women interactions/issues
3.     Openness in special areas of living quarters
4.     Closeness with other women on your team
5.     Special connection to women and men in ministry
6.     Feel protected physically
7.     Can live in a co-ed environment pleasing to the Lord
8.     Wish you could have hair, nail and makeup ministry nights
9.     Share time and space
10. Find a common place for everyone to meet
11.  The girls dress up
12. Gain sisters and brothers!
