What can $11 buy you?

- 3-4 meals at a fastfood restaurant
- 1 meal at Chilis or other sit down restaurant
- 3 gallons of gas
- 8 pieces of candy at the grocery store
- 1 movie ticket
- 11 RedBox rentals
- 1 game of bowling
What can $11 buy me?
- 3 FULL days of food ($3.75/day)
- 2 FULL days of lodging ($5.25/day)
- 4 days of public transportation ($4/day)
While I am on the race, I am going to be living on a VERY limited budget. Most of the time I will be living in a tent, without running water, eating the same meal 3 times a day, and showering maybe a few times a week with a bucket. Because of these simple living conditions, I will be able to live on a very LOW budget, which means that your $11 can go a LONG way in supporting my journey. My goal in this fundraiser is to find 111 people who are willing to donate $11 towards my 11 month journey. That is 111 people who are willing to donate $1 per month of my trip. To keep with the "11" trend, I am setting the time frame for this fundraiser to 11 days. I know that seems like a huge goal but to a God who created the ENTIRE UNIVERSE in 6 days, this is NOTHING.
I will be starting this fundraiser today Aug. 5th, and it will stop on the 15th. August 11th will be this weekend-the day we will do ALL THINGS 11!! I am giving you time to think about what you want to do, and you can pledge before, on or after Aug. 11th!
