This is just a little taste of Training Camp.  I am still working on processing the week.  So please check back for my updates.

I lived in a tent at Training Camp.  I survived my first experience of living in a tent and it was amazing.  Never thought I would be happy to live in a tent, but it was like a palace. I also found out that it is waterproof as long as the stakes stay in place.

I walked at Training Camp.  It was beautiful to be in the Georgia Mountains, but that meant a lot of hills.  So I can say I got my exercise.

I slept at Training Camp.  I slept in a tent, a bus, and a hostel.

I loved at Training Camp.  I fell in love with an amazing group of 41 people.  Then fell even more in love with my family for the next year, Team Chainless.

                                     Team Chainless

I talked at Training Camp.  I talked to God. I talked to my squad. I talked to my trainers. I talked to my team.

I listened at Training Camp.  I sat quietly and listened to God.

I cried at Training Camp.  Please stay tune formore on this in my nextblog.

I worshiped at Training Camp.  I sang my heart out and lifted my hands in praise to the God who loves me!

I prayed at Training Camp.  I prayed for freedom from all my fears, comparisons, depression, loneliness, and control.

I learned at Training Camp.  I learned that I have got to better pack my backpack and that I can’t bring half the stuff I want to bring.  I learned how to listen for God’s voice.  I learned more about the Holy Spirit.  I learned about grieving, healing, and forgiveness.  I learned about love.

I remembered at Training Camp.  I remembered that God doesn’t really need me, but He chose to use me.

I changed at Training Camp.  God broke me down and is now changing my life for good!

I knew God meant for me to be at Training Camp.  No questions asked I am going on the World Race.
