GOD PROVIDES!

As I step back and take a look at all the World Race
involves, what has already been done and what needs to be done, I stand in

awe
of how God has already provided in amazing ways! God has provided awesome
team bonds and growth, supportive family, prayer support, and financial
support.

I am amazed at how God hand picked each person on our team to be
a part of this family we will be with for 11 months. God has given me such a peace about each
person and how He’s going to use our bond.
We have such awesome prayer warriors on our team full of care and
compassion for each other. I can already
tell when one of us is struggling, everyone else will be right there to lift
them up in prayer and encouragement. Now
that is a true family, there through good and bad times. When we realize there are hurts and
misunderstandings, we stop and acknowledge our mistakes and listen to each
other. We work through the tough
times. And you ask how I can tell that
just from being with some of our team for ten days? I can tell this because God has already
revealed it in many ways; through the intense training times we fell apart and
came back together and worked through things and were even stronger by the end,
by giving me a peace about it, and through our communication, prayer, and encouragement
after training. We serve an awesome God
and He knew each person who would be there.

I am amazed by my family and their love and support for me on
this trip. I know it isn’t necessarily
easy for my parents, my brother, or my sister to watch me leave for a year, but
they have been extremely supportive and even taken their own time to help me
prepare for the trip. I know I am loved
by them no matter what I do, no matter where I go, and I will always have their
support as I follow God’s leading. Not
only do I have my immediate family but my church family. I haven’t even had a chance to talk to them
in front of the church about what I’m doing and they have already been so
incredibly encouraging to me through their kind and supportive words, through
prayer, and through their amazing generous giving. I have a support group in my friends, my
extended family, and my work family as well.
God has blessed me immensely!

I am amazed at how has already provided people who are willing
to pray for me and the team faithfully while we’re gone. This is no small commitment and for someone
to take it on is huge! I know that I
have committed to praying for someone for a year and struggled. I thought it would be easy, but I found myself
getting busy and caught up in my own life forgetting about my commitment as
time went on. So, I am so thankful for
awesome prayer warriors who are

rising up
to the challenge and who care enough to make it a priority to pray. This
ministry is nothing without prayer.
Thank YOU for praying!

I am amazed
in a huge way at how God is already
providing financially. I have to be
honest; I used to look at missionaries who worried about support and encourage
them with, “God has brought you this far and I have no doubt He’s going to
provide” and think that I would never worry about that as a missionary because
God promises to provide, which is a true statement. But as I started taking on this similar
missionary position in a small way of what has to be done with support raising,
I realized just how easy it is to worry about finances. God has definitely been teaching me to trust
Him and realize that my worry is a sign of lack of trust in His ability to
provide. If this is where He wants me,
He promises to provide and I’ve already seen God use His people to provide in a
way I didn’t expect! And I can’t say
THANK YOU enough to God for using YOU and YOUR willingness to provide
financially. I have already received 27.5%
of my support in just a little over a month!!
God is good and ALWAYS provides!

One of my best friends, Richelle and I

All this to say, I shouldn’t be surprised at God’s
awesome faithfulness, because He has never failed me, yet I am awed every
time! God is using each of you, whether
you are on my team, a prayer warrior, a financial supporter, or simply an
encourager with comments-He is using you in a HUGE way to further His kingdom
and bring glory to His name. After all,
it’s not about me at all, it’s ALL about Him!

**Some of the ways you can pray for me specifically include:

-That God would be preparing each of us individually to take Jesus to the nations (surrender of self to Him)

-Continued team unity and communication throughout these next few months before our departure

-15 more faithful prayer partners for each day of my journey while I am gone

-Continued financial support

-Protection from Satan’s attacks (discouragement, distractions….)

THANK YOU!

“God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a son of man, that
he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and
not fulfill?

heavens;

Your

faithfulness

reaches to the clouds.

Your righteousness is like the great mountains;

Your judgments are a great deep;

O LORD, You preserve man and beast”
