During the Race, I never put much thought into what it takes to host a team or coordinate ministry for Racers. Fast forward to present day …. I'm working with Zehandi Missions in Africa, a large contact AIM uses in South Africa, Zambia and Malawi. I'm in my third week of hosting 13 racers and have struggled with many things along the way.
