I know it has been a while since I began this series of honoring men of God. I have gotten busy with many things preparing for the World Race. So here we are again, honoring man of God #5.

#5 Brian Pribis- Brian Pribis is a man from the church I attend. I first took notice of him when he began preaching when our pastor moved on to a new ministry and we were awaiting our new pastor. I am not the kind of person who likes change, so I wasn’t sure at first about having him preach. But I discovered that his sermons were full of truth and love, not being afraid to boldly proclaim the truths of God, even if they are uncomfortable truths. Brian may seem a bit odd, walking around barefoot (even in the winter!) But his heart is full of love and honor for God and his word. He has often been a source of comfort when I needed reassurance in God’s word or someone to pray for me. The thing that strikes me most about Brian Pribis is how he comes together with the local pastors in the area to pray for revival. I love how he goes outside of his denomination to work with his other brothers and sisters in Christ. That is exactly what I will be doing on the World Race. And while we may not always agree with each other on all things pertaining God, I know we can always agree that he is worthy to be praised! Thank you Brian Pribis for being a shining example of a man of God in my church and to my community!!!!
