This week, I was able to get information cards printed about my world race to hand out to anyone who asks me about what I'll be doing next year. I was extremely blessed to have a close friend, Alyssa McNaughton, design these for me. Then, I was further blessed (and surprised!) when my mom offered to pay for an order of 700 cards!
I'm really excited about having this tool to spread the word about my trip. I believe that anyone who prays for me or supports me financially becomes part of my team. My trip becomes their trip. These cards will allow me to invite 700 people to join in this adventure!
Please pray that God will continue to call people to partner with me by praying for me and financially supporting me. I will be writing my support letter in the next week so that I can begin sending those out. If you would like one, please click "contact me" on the left and send me your mailing address. Having information cards designed by a professional can cost a lot of money– around $200! If you would like some info cards of your own, my friend Alyssa would love to help you out!
If you would like ones just like mine (with your info/picture/prayer request), she can do that for $50. If you would like a brand new design, she can do that for $75. If you would like her to design business cards for you (smaller, simpler, less info), she can do that for $50.
She will email you the design, and you can email back and forth with her until you like what you see. Then, just take the image to a local printing store to have them printed! This is a great way to invite 700 people to partner with you! People can put them on their refrigerator as a reminder to follow your blog, pray for you, or donate to your trip.
Not only is this a great deal for you, but it will also enable you to support another missionary! Alyssa is currently raising over $30,000 in order to go on staff with Campus Outreach and do college ministry next year. By using her for your design needs, you're getting a great deal AND helping a fellow missionary! 🙂
