LAOS was a month full of abandonment, full of laughter and tears – usually at the same time. I can truly say that I’m walking away from it having found God and myself in the process. We were able to explore Luang Prabang and call it ours, call it His. We brought hope to Luang Prabang and found light even in the darkness. This place will always have a piece of my heart.
Laos may have been a closed country & our voices may have been silent but that doesn’t mean our thoughts were any less powerful or had any less truth.
“Be strong. Take courage. Don’t be intimidated. Don’t give them a second thought because God, your God, is striding ahead of you. He’s right there with you. He won’t let you down; he won’t leave you.” (Deuteronomy 31:6)
