Hey friends and family!
Quick update for you 🙂
If I have been awful at returning calls, texts, emails, etc. for the past week or so, I apologize!!
The past 8 days have looked like this: two flights, 13 hours in the car, three interviews, one 5,000-word application, I have been in three states, at two weddings…and accepted to Squad Lead.
Squad Leader, n, ('Skwa-d lee-der'):
An alumni World Racer who travels with a squad of new World Racers to their first five countries to love them, believe in them, fight for them, and serve them in any way possible.
Things are moving very quickly. Tomorrow begins my fourth Training Camp. I’ve been to Camp as a Racer, Staff, Trainer, and now I’ll be there as a Squad Leader.
(Expect photos and stories upon my return – or follow me on instagram: klynnlest – because I instagram everything I can at Camp!)
I’ll have more to share after Camp, but for now, here’s the breakdown:
-I leave in early September (again)
-I’ll be gone for 5 months
-I’m going back to Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda (Happy Thanksgiving!), Nepal (Merry Christmas!), and India
-I’m leading a squad of about 40 Racers
-I DO need prayer–lots of it
-The Lord has already provided for most of my financial needs, but if you feel led to support me in a physical/financial way, let me know! There are lots of little things that I need to procure before leaving!
-I’m freaking out a little bit
-I’m SUPER excited
Please pray this week for me and my co-leader (Pat), X Squad (the squad I’m leading), V Squad (the squad I’m mobilizing), U, and W Squads- PLUS we’ll have about 60 college students at this Camp for our Passport Immersion trip (they spend 9 months out instead of 11- oh, and they're incredible) and they need prayer, too!
Plus…going back to Uganda means I might get to see these treasures again:

Aren't they beautiful?
Thank you for your continued prayer and support for my ministry!! More updates to come, I promise!
