I AM FULLY FUNDED. WOW.

The homies at the train station giving me a high five before they took off.
How do I even begin to say thank you? I couldn’t even possibly thank everyone because SO MANY OF YOU have helped me get to this point. I am floored by you.
Thank you to my nephew Colton for telling me about this trip back in 2011. You recognized my dream before I did.
Thank you to my parents Lyndon and Connie for preparing me for a life of serving the Lord and engraining a mindset of excellence and “expedition” in my mind and heart.
Thank you to my entire family for constantly letting me get pumped about Uganda and talk nonstop about this missions stuff and letting me take a year off of the family time that Cailyn and I always get mad at you for missing. I miss you and love you very much Tara, Tamara, Jono, Constance, Marlee and all the little guys just as much!
Thank you to Kelsey for being the coolest freaking girlfriend and constantly encouraging and empowering me in this journey I am on. I am blown away at your selflessness and joy in letting me chase this dream wholeheartedly.
Thank you to all of my friend at home (too many of you to write, sorry). Wow, AAA, Biceps & Pancakes, Coffee Talk, Life.Church, DBF etc. I have felt so blessed by your prayers and your support in the past 8 years of learning God’s call on my life towards missions.
Lastly, thank you to every other person who has donated to this trip. I’m still pissed about to shave my hair and beard *cough* KELLEY *cough* but I’ll get over it one day. I am so thankful and cannot wait to share more of this trip with you.
GOD IS SO GOOD.
And now that I am done speaking like I won an Oscar or something, here are a few random pics.

Josh and I made a bookshelf last month in Thailand! The hope was a “rustic crate” feel and I think we nailed it with the structure! Another team will be taking care of the painting, staining and mounting to the wall. I pinterested so hard in Thailand.

Sunset over the Thailand/Myanmar border.

Sunrise over Yangon, Myanmar from the balcony of our hostel.

If there is one thing I have learned on the World Race so far, it’s that I am too big for Asia.
Lastly, although I am fully funded now, the rest of my team is still fundraising until our final deadline at the end of April. I would request that you prayerfully seek the Lord in considering supporting them as they are on their journeys as well. A link to each of their blogs will be posted at the end.
I love you all so much and to God be all the glory forever and ever!
