Here’s the scoop on your launch!
You will be coming back to Atlanta for Launch!!
Hotel information:
Holiday Inn Atlanta Airport North
1380 Virginia Ave, East Point, GA 30344

*There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Make sure you are on the correct bus! There are 2 different Holiday Inns near the airport – go to the correct one (Airport North).
When you arrive at the hotel, you will receive your room assignment. We ARE booking your rooms for you.
Your parents, should they choose to come to launch, will need to book their own accommodations and cannot stay at the same hotel that you are staying in!**
Team Leaders, Treasurers, Squad Finance, UH leaders, Logistics, Safety, and Support Coaches:
Arrive in Atlanta on JUNE 29TH.
FLYING IN: Arrive by 5:30 PM. When your flight arrives, you have two choices:
1. You can take the shuttle to the hotel first, check-in, and then eat near the hotel.
OR
2. Eat at the airport first and then go to the hotel. (Better idea!)
Either way, you need to be at the hotel, ready to go, with a full belly, by 7:00 PM.
DRIVING IN: You need to arrive at the hotel, ready to go with a full belly by 7:00 PM.
It would be a GREAT idea for you to arrive at 6:00 PM so that you can get settled and make sure you’re ready for the session at 7:00 PM.
ALL our other rock-stars on D, E, F, and G Squads:
Arrive in Atlanta on JUNE 30TH.
You do NOT have to book your own room. We’ve got that covered!
FLYING IN: You want to arrive at the airport by 3:30 PM and take the shuttle to the hotel. Session starts at 5:00 PM. Dinner will be provided.
DRIVING IN: Please arrive at the hotel with plenty of time to get settled a bit, say hi to your team, and be ready for the first session to start at 5:00 PM.
Dinner WILL be provided on the 30th!
The parent’s event will be the evening of June 30th!!
