Hey Racers!!

You wanna know, and we wanna tell you, so without further ado:
 

You will be coming back to Atlanta for Launch!!

*There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Make sure you are on the correct bus! There are 2 different Holiday Inns near the airport.

**EDIT** When you arrive at the hotel, you will receive your room assignment. We ARE booking your rooms for you.
Your parents, should they choose to come to launch, will need to book their own accommodations and cannot stay at the same hotel that you are staying in!**


Team Leaders, Treasurers, Squad Finance, UH leaders, Logistics, and Safety:
Arrive in Atlanta on July 3rd!!

FLYING IN: When your flight arrives in you have two choices: 

1. You can go to the hotel first, check-in, and then eat near the hotel. 

OR 

2. Eat at the airport first and then go to the hotel. 

Either way you need to be at the hotel, ready to go, with a full belly, by 6:30 PM.

 

DRIVING IN: You need to arrive at the hotel, ready to go with a full belly by 6:30 PM. (It may not be a bad idea to arrive a little earlier so you can check in, get your stuff settled and then get ready for the evening session. Just a suggestion.)


ALL our other rockstars on Q, R, S, and T Squads:
Arrive in Atlanta on July 4th!!!

FLYING IN: You want to arrive at the airport by 3:00PM and take the shuttle to the hotel.

DRIVING IN: Please arrive at the hotel with plenty of time to get settled a bit, say hi to your team, and be ready for the first session to start at 5:00PM

Dinner WILL be provided on the 4th!
