There have been lots of questions about the following:

Q:   With your Launch date moved back, has our financial deadline changed?
A:   Your new ACTUAL  deadline is to have $6,500 in cash/pledges by July 4th.  Anyone without this will not be able to Launch.  Obviously we are all working really hard to make sure that doesn't happen to anyone. 

 
As for the cash/pledges: We will accept pledges to reach your Launch deadline, but this is not the best case scenario.  We want to set you up for success and we know from experience that if you have less that $6,500 cash in your account you are going to have a difficult time on the field.  It is very hard to support raise from the field.  We need all of you to act as if you need the entire $15,500 by July 4th, and you need $6,500 in cash and the rest in pledges (at a minimum) by this date.

Q:  When do I need to turn in my Monthly Donor Sheet?
A:  On July 8th (not before) 

  • If you are below $6,500 cash in your account you MUST turn one of these in.  No form-No Launch. 
  • If you are over the $6,500 cash in your account and are either partly pledged or fully pledged, you need to turn in this form.
  • If you are fully funded with either cash and pledges, send in this form. Please also incude in the email portion that "I am fully funded with cash and pledges."
  • If you are fully funded in cash you DO NOT need to turn in this form.

Q:  How do you figure out deadlines and such?
A:  We calculate these numbers according to your expenses.  We book transportation, lodging and airfare 3 months in advance.  When you don't have cash in your account to cover these things, you become in debt to AIM.  We don't want to put you in this situation. Do everything you can to become fully supported before you launch and have a minimum for $6,500 in your account 🙂
