So I was thinking back to a conversation a couple of us had at camp about books we were going to bring on the Race. And I thought for efficiency's sake (and the weight of our daypacks) we could collaborate & form a Traveling Library. As much as I like Crazy Love, I don't know if we need 17 copies of it on our squad. This way, we can figure out who is bringing what beforehand.
I know everyone LOVES those emails-to-your-phone-from-our-squad-blog-that-get-really-annoying-really-quickly, but maybe if we want to list the few that we're bringing & assume that if someone's already bringing it (or if you talk to that person separately), then it is already being broughten, yo. So don't bring it. That way my personal day back doesn't weigh 50 lbs because of Ronald Dahl or Dr. Seuss. Yes?
So here we go. I am bringing: Reedeming Love (Francine Rivers. PS if you have NOT read this book, it is a MUST. Men & women); The Four Loves (C.S. Lewis); The Oath (F. Perretti); a couple of the Berenstein Bears books (don't judge) & Goodnight Moon.
Probably all small paperback copies.
