Hey W Squad!
I just wanted to keep you updated on your progress as a squad with your support raising efforts. You are doing a phenomnial job! In the past 2 weeks you have together raised $33,159! That's incredible!
There have been a few questions about pledges. Just as a reminder, you can count pledges towards all of your deadlines. The key is making sure you understand that you are putting yourself in a position where you are technically in debt to AIM until those pledges come in to your account and if something happens where any of the pledges do not come in, you are still responsible for getting yourself to the deadline in some form or fashion.
If you have monthly pledges coming in to get you to the deadline, you need to send me a completed copy of the monthly donor sheet. This will show me exactly how much will be in your account after your pledges come in. If you have questions, let me know.
Here's your latest assignment for Support:
1) Look at your support accout and note how much is in there.
2) If you have monthly donors and pledges, fill in the data into the Monthly Donor Spreadsheet I've given you.
3) Send me an email ([email protected]) where you say, "The current amount in my support account is: ____________" and where you attach your monthly donor spreadsheet to the email.
4) Please send this to me by April 15th.
We're about 6 weeks from your first deadline: $3500 by Training Camp. Let's start working on this now and get a strategy for how we're going to get the entire W Squad to training camp! 🙂
